yes, you are!. the weird thing is that the more a person uses chap stick, the dryer the lips actually become, so you have to keep using it!. the companies put stuff in there so that this happens, that way they can have repeat customers!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. chapsticks / most lip balms contian menthol!. and people do get addicted to it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
