Answers:
It probably has to do with what you are eating for dinner the night before and/or breakfast!. Look up the foods you eat on the internet to see what could be causing it!.

Also, talk to your doctor, as if this is relatively new you could be sick, and if it is reoccurring you could have irritible bowel disease or lactose intolerance or something similar!.

Things that will help keep you healthy:
1) drink lots of fluids (especially water, and possibly gatorade or something similar to replenish electrolytes after you have the runs)
2) These foods/drinks help stop diarrhea: bananas, tea, apple sauce, plain white rice, white bread toast (plain), cream of wheat, plain crackers, boiled eggs, plain noodles, mashed potatoes, yogurt (it is dairy but it's partially digested by the bacteria it contains)!.

Avoid these foods:
dairy products (milk/cheese), greasy/fried food, fatty foods, spicy foods, apple juice, foods w/ insoluble fiber (i!.e!. raw fruits/veggies, whole wheat bread, any seeds or fruit/vegetable skins)Www@Answer-Health@Com

it might be something you ate!. try eating things high in carbo and fiber!. oils can give you a bad stomach!. try brushing first, eat, then just rinse with water!. the taste of toothpaste and food can make you sick!. try eating toast, bread, or cereal!. hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Something you're eating!? Clean out old food in the refrigerator!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
