Is it bad to sleep in just a few hours later on the weekends?!


Question: Is it bad to sleep in just a few hours later on the weekends!?
Say I go to bed at 10 pm every night!. On the weekdays, I have to wake up at 6 am for school!. I don't necessarily want to do that on the weekends! Would it disrupt my sleeping schedule to sleep in to 9 am on the weekends!?

You can sleep in if you want to!. Depends on your age!. If you are young (less than 15), go ahead and sleep in, you grow taller, the more you sleep!. You body needs a lot of sleep when you are growing!. But if you are an adult (18 or over), I would recommend you maintain your sleep schedule whether it is a weekday or weekend, otherwise you are going to disrupt your sleep cylcle (and adults don't need mroe than 9 hours of sleep anyway, unless they want to get a headache)!. I am assuming you are young, so just sleep as much as you want to on weekends!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
