Answers:
The best way to get tall is to pick your parents, its to late for that but really your genetic makeup predicts your height and the ability to use nutrients to gain height!.
Milk is OK but won;t make you taller!. To much milk is not OK!., even the low fat kind!. the calcium in milk is useless to your strong bones and teeth without vitamin D!. commercial milk is fortified with a little vitamin D but not enough!. Exposure to sunlight is the best way to get vitamin D!. If you are white and fairly light skinned 10 minutes a day without sunblock is plenty!. The darker your skin the more sunlight needed!.
A good healthy diet is the best way to reach your best potential height!.
Any cardiologist (heart doctor) will tell you that we all need lots of water and not that much milk!.
A couple of glasses of milk a day is plenty!.
Weight bearing exercises (anything involving running, jumping, fat dancing, lifting weights, etc!.) are very important to a 15 year old female!. They help build strong bones that will help you when you get older avoid osteoporosis (brittle bones)!.

the most important thing is good diet high in calcium(all dairy products) and also hanging from a bar for at least 10-15 min every day!.
