Question: MY ARMS HURT REALLY REALLY BAD!!!!!!!!!! HELP ME! it's from having flu shots, i think!.!.!.!?
so i got 3 flu shots yesterday!.!.!.one in my left arm and two in the right!.!.!.i'm not allergic to anything and it didn't hurt at all (i'm fine with needles, not afraid or anything)!.!.!.!.
yesterday they felt really heavy and sore!.!.!.!.
and now it feels so worse, like a twisting heavy and aching sore pain!. i think it is normal for the shots, considering i got 3!.!.!.but it hurts really badly!.
is there anything i can do to make myself feel better in that time!?
could it be processing the shot slower because i didn't eat much or drink much liquid!? is this bad for me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had that!. It will hurt for a few days (four for me)!. It passes I think its to do with the muscles!. There's nothing wrong with you just your body reacting!.
Hot bath to relax muscles and if you're brave enough for jab you can deal with it!. It comes around every year and you'll be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your worrying way too much, certain shots generally hurt for a couple days and leave your arm feeling dead, the best thing for it is to not nurture your arm as in holding it alot, not moving it!. move it around alot up over your head, it will hurt really bad at first but it will go away!. and no nothing your doing is bad for the shot, just maintain your normal diet and nothing bad will come out of getting the shots, just a sore arm for a day or 2Www@Answer-Health@Com
put a warm compress on them!. if you see any swelling, redness or discharge at the sites go to the dr as these are signs of infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't understand why you got three shots instead of just one!. That's the first problem!.
Second, they should have given you something with the shots, like a handout with cautionary things on it!. Do you have that!? It should say what is a bad reaction and this does not sound like it!.
Usually, a flu shot will cause discomfort!. Putting a warm heating pad on it, light massage and a few days of not using it too much should help!.
If for any reason it should swell, get red, anything like that, go to the emergency room at once!. Don't wait!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd Take 5000 mg of vitamin C morning and again at night, for at least 3 days, plus advil till the pain and inflamation is gone!. If it was me!.
I'd also take Olive Leaf Capsules , 2 of them , 3 times a day to stave off the modified live viruses!. And I'd take Noni juice, 4 ounces a day to detoxify yourself from the adjuvants added to the shots!.
I'd also take a pint of rocky road icecream!.!.!.!.!. followed by 4 ounces of good shiraz wine!.!.!.but that's just me!. If I'm hurt, I treat myself!. I feel better!.
