im a 13 year old guys and i have been getting headaches a lot almost every morning sometimes it goes away during the day but sometimes it just becomes less painful but i can still feel it!.!. and i usually only can feel it during sudden movements with my neck or if i bend down fast!.!. what can it be!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might try putting a humidifier in your room or try a good decongestant!. I have had similar problems, and one or both of those two things normally helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
u could be allergic to something like scents, dust, mold any no of things
