Question: Small lump on testicles!.!.!.!?
I've recently noticed a small, tender "lump" on the top of each of my testicles!. They are painless!.
I have reason to believe these are just epididymis!.
I'm willing to go to the doctors' to make sure, but am I right in thinking its quite normal to have these small swellings on the testes!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

These are most probably the epididymis as these guys rest on top of each testis!. They are uneven and tubulous but shouldn't be swollen!. If they are swollen in your case, you definitely see a doctor to clarify things for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Having had the 'snip' some 35 years ago I have found in recent years a small lump on the left one!. Three doctors have told me that it's normal and nothing to worry about, so I don't!.
However, I'm curious to know why it disappears after some 'fun' with my wife only to return, not regularly, a few weeks later!. Is it just a build up of sperm before being re-absorbed I wonder!.

it's always normal to have lumps and bumps on our bodies because hormones create them, however if you have anything that causes you concern you should seek proper medical advice - never be embarrassed (professionals see boobs and willies all the time) and never think that you're wasting a doctor/nurse's time!. Better to be safe than sorry!.

The fact that you have a swelling on each of your testicles makes me think that it's probably nothing to worry about!. Having said that, it's always better to have these things checked out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If it's something that wasn't there before I would definitely go to the doctor!. Don't self-diagnose unless a professional has diagnosed the same the before and you are certain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well, when I saw that doctors genital exam video, it clearly said "feel each testicle for lumps, for this could be a sign of testicular cancer"
