Question: How do i stop taking long naps like (5 hours)!?
I come back from school and sleep from 3-7 sometimes even later, then i wake up and feel a bit tired!. I do whatever i need to do and then fall asleep again!. Today I took a nap at 2 to 10pm!. I really hate napping, it's starting to interfere with every aspect of my life!. I was supposed to hang out with my friends but i took an 8 hour nap! and i get enough sleep, i sleep at 9-10 pm and wake up at 6-630 am on weekdays and on weekends i get up at like 8-9 and sleep whenever i want!.!.!.but yeah why am i sleeping so much!? I'm only 16 and I really want to stop napping!. please help me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 16 too, and lately I've been noticing that i've been sleeping a lot longer too!. From last night I slept for 15 straight hours! I think it has to do with your body developing, or at least according to my mom it is!. I've grown 1 1/2" over the last month!. So maybe you're growing!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
well go to bed at 9 pm or earlier and wake up about 45 min!. before you go to school!. and if you have stress that might cause that!. You need to find a place that makes you relax!. plus if anything go talk to a doctor!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
