Question: On a lab drug test can they tell the differnce between heroin and vicodin or percocet !?
Basically i want to know if they can tell if u did heroin or just took some pain medication and does tylenol 3 show up as an opiate too!?!?!?!?!?please give me as much info u can really need itWww@Answer-Health@Com

Depends how thorough it is!. It is possible to test for exact metabolites but it costs money, so they wouldn't do it for a standard drug test for work or something!. They would just see opiates on a simple drug test, and if you say you took something like vicodin they will ask to see your prescription obviously!. T3 will also show up as codeine turns into morphine in your liver!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
