10 points :) Help me out, please?!

Question: 10 points :) Help me out, please!?
Hahaha!. Hi!. Okay!. In physical education, they make us run a lot!. And I mean A LOT!. I, and everyone else, feels like we are in like the military or something!. Haha! It's insane!. Anyway, they make us run a mile about every day, and I can't do it! They make us do other things that makes up a mile as well, like do 5 sets up bleachers and then snake (which is running on every line on our home football field!. *yard lines*), run around the school under 12 minutes, etc!. It's freaking hard!. I'm 14, I'm almost 5'6 and my weight is, about!.!.!.!. 115 pounds or so, and I have the hardest time doing any exercise that has to do with running like this!. I'm not fat!. But I usually don't eat all day, and then when I come home I get fast food, and then I don't eat for the rest of the night! Could this be causing the problem!? It's not affecting my outside, or my weight, but it's definently affecting / doing something to my inside! I get tired really easily, and i'm practically failing p!.e because I can't make the runs on time!. I can't talk when breathing 'cause I run out of air!. (I don't have asthma)!. And my legs always feel achy, and my body feels sore! No one else struggles in the run, only me! And there are a lot of overweight people in all these five classes that go on!. Are they just pushing themselves because they don't want to fail the class!? Or am I seriously the only one who can't seem to do this!.!.!.!? Please give me a logical answer!.

Thank you so much!.

I wouldn't say that the fast food is the only thing causing this!. And also, you're probably not the only one!. Many people have the same problem but probably just aren't letting other people see it!. The reason this is so hard for you is probably because you're not used to it!. Everyone else might be involved in sports or runs regularly, so their bodies can handle it!. You can't just be born athletic, and your body is still getting conditioned to the running!. Your legs and lungs are tired because they haven't built enough muscle to support the strain on them that running takes!. And a reason for this might be because you're not getting enough protein!. Fast food doesn't have the essential vitamins and nutrients that your body needs to build muscle!. And I'm not talking about muscle like big guns on a guy, lol!. You probably don't want that!.!. but even simple stuff like muscles outside your lungs or your legs need protein to grow and make running easier!. I would strongly reccomend trying to encorporate some protein into your diet (peanuts, unprocessed beef, chicken, cheese, yougurt, whole grains) and you should get your strength back in no time!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

One major problem could be that your not taking it enough food to keep you metabolism up!. You need to start making sure to eat breakfast and lunch and a snack if at all possible!. It's not because of the fast food or the lack of protein its because your not getting enough intake to give you the energy you need!. Try it and if you are still having problems see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i was like that back when i had to take p!.e!. ugg i hated running the bleachers!.!.!.!.track!.!.!.!.!.!. *shutters* they would make us run like 2 miles in under 15 minutes!!!! it was hard, and im not even fat, i may be short, but definitely not fat!. haha im 5'1 and 98lbs O_O!. my genes i guess but lol anyways!.!.!.!. this year i dont take p!.e and it took a load off my shoulders, no more changing everyday, having to stink if you didnt drench yourself with spray when you didnt have time for a shower, be a hot mess with a crappy sweaty face etc!.!.!.!.!.ewwkay im going to stop rambling about nothing related to your question now and actually attempt to answer it ^_^'

make sure youre getting at leat 6-8 hours of sleep everynight, and drink plenty of water while youre exercising, if they let you!.(which they should!!!) and im really sorry but your eating habits sound horrible!!! :0
that is probably a BIG part of why you feel like you do, because you have have HAVE to eat right or its like tourturing your body!. you need a healthy breakfast, even if you dont have time, just grab some fruit, honey nut cheerios, go gurt, a pop tart, almost anything healthy and go!. and you dont eat at school!? very bad becuase during the day when your body stars getting hungry around the afternoon, your stomach creates the acid needed to dissolve the food which it thinks youll give it, but you dont!. you instead wait until you get home, and if your body thinks that its not getting enough from your one fast food meal a day, the body can start digesting muscle, bone, cartalidge, and even organ tissues to nourish itself!. the stomach will eventually then start to dissolve itself, often resulting in a perferated Ulser!. this can be lethal, and is often irreversible!. please just try to eat more throughout the day, even if its just fruit!. it will boost your mood and help p!.e be a little bit more tolerable!. hope this helps!!! =]

ps i LOVE your music!!! you are very talented!!!!! :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

You don't really eat and when you do you just eat fast food!.!.!. If you don't want to be tired easily and beat all those overweight people, I suggest you eat 3 times a day and eat some "GO" foods and some vegetable!.

By the way, after a long run/walk:

-It's normal to run out of air, especially if you're not use to run!.
-You legs feel achy, because you're still not use to it!. Try warming up before running!. ^__^
-Body feels sore!? It's because you don't have energy anymore, eat a little more, but not too much!.

I bet those overweight people are just pushing themselves, lol

Well, good luck Hope I helped!.!. ^_^ vWww@Answer-Health@Com
