Have you been checked for Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)!?
Your doctor may recommend some form of lubricating ointment for the inside of the nose!.

The incidence of nosebleeds is higher during the colder winter months when upper respiratory infections are more frequent, and the temperature and humidity fluctuate more dramatically!.
In addition, changes from a bitter cold outside environment to a warm, dry, heated home results in drying and changes in the nose which will make it more susceptible to bleeding!. Nosebleeds also occur in hot dry climates with low humidity, or when there is a change in the seasons!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Put Vaseline on everyday and when you get a bloody nose, get a towel, toilet paper, etc!., sit down, pace the towel on your nose, hold it a little bit higher than usual, and grip really hard/ firmly!. Sometimes it helps to put ice on your forehead!. How to prevent it is to avoid high places and wash your forehead with cold water every time you get even a little bit hot!. This information is from my mom, a nurse, and experience of getting bloody noses every summer day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I always put a small amount of vicks vapor rub in my nose when the air is dry to avoid this problem!. I know the jar says not to,but I've been doing it for years and it really does help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
