Ok. Im 13. I Would Like To Start Running/Jogging.?!


Question: Ok!. Im 13!. I Would Like To Start Running/Jogging!.!?
But Every Time I Do It Outside I Always Run Out Of Breath Before 3-4 Minutes!. Im Kinda Over Weight!. Though!.

PACE yourself as much as possible!. also when your out of breath and feel like you can't go anymore, keep going!. your building up your ability to run for longer periods of time you can't just step out the door and accpect to be able to go for a long time ya know!?
also make sure you stretch and what not before you go!.

start slowly!. when u r out of breath stop and take rest for 3-5 minutes then start again!.gradually u will develop stamina and u may run for longer duration of time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
