Question: Could The Iron Tablets Be The Cause Of This!?
My hair and nails have always grown fast but lately it's been ridiculous! My hair has grown 6 inches in less than 5 months and if I don't file my nails twice a week they turn into dragon lady claws!. I was recently diagnosed with anemia and put on iron tablets!. Could that be it or could it be something serious!? Do I need to see a doctor!?
BTW, if it is the iron don't try it! Iron tablets have serious side effects(I had a lot of them and they weren't fun) and an overdose can even be fatal!. I repeat, don't try it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, this is related to the iron!. :) No need to see a doc!. I know that iron deficiencies can lead to hair loss, so i am sure the iron is the reason for your hair and nail growth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
hair and nails are made from the same thing Keratin, keratin needs blood to grow!.You are on Iron tablets and that is god for your blood;so my guess would be !.!.!.yes the Iron pills are helping!. Eat loads of dark green veg to help your blood also, and eat red meat ( if you are not a vegi)Www@Answer-Health@Com
