I'd guess you stay up longer at your house because you're probably on the computer or watching television so even if your body is tired your brain stays active and alert!. When you're at sleepovers you're probably hanging out with friends instead of staring at a bright screen so your brain and body are more in sync as far as tiredness goes!. To stay up later at sleepovers you can have caffeine and also try to sleep in the morning before your party so you'll stay up later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should try and get a routine sleep pattern so maybe you could go to sleep around 1 in the morning and then wake up at 8!? Just try to see what time suits you!. Also you could try not to sleep a whole day!. so in the evening you could be really tired and decide which time you want to sleep!
