Hey Spider,
BO can be a really embarrassing problem!. There are a few things you could try to do before consulting a health professional, some of which include:
- Try using a strong anti-perspirant deodorant, stuff that you can only get from a pharmacy!. DriChlor is a good product, which stops excessive sweating which can sometimes contribute to BO!.
- Change of diet and exercise can help to reduce toxins in the body!. Stick to lots of fruit and vegetables, and lean proteins, dairy and nuts!. Avoid junk food and processed foods wherever possible!.
- Some foods can be particularly problematic: strong spices (such as garlic, curry, etc) can be noticeable in sweat too!. If possible, limiting your consumption of these spices may help reduce the smell!.
- It may help to swap shirts throughout the day, too (maybe take two of the same shirts) and/or take some extra antiperspirant and/or gentle skin wipes if you are feeling particularly self-conscious!.

If all else fails, consult your GP!

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

My dad has the same problem sometimes, it's because you probably have a bath, and wear your clothes straight away!. The warm smell of the bath sticks to your clothes!.

If it's not that then its probably that you wear a tight T shirt, and it makes you sweat a lot, because its sticking to your body!.

Wear a deodorant that says it works for 24 hours like or a deodorant that smells heavy and nice!. It doesn't have to be expensive at all, i buy mine for
