How do you protect your health ?!


Question: How do you protect your health !?
Ok, Im 34 !.Thanks God Im healty but you know , when some1 approaches to 40 , health becomes a priority!.
Can anybody advise me healthy foods or some good exercise !.

Get a good nights sleep, eat healthy, and exercise!.

It is easiest to get a good night sleep by going to bed at about the same time every night, and waking up at about the same time every morning!. Sleeping pills are not good if you want a good sleep, because they don't push you into your REM sleep and you often wake up groggy!.

Eat healthy - no fast foods, no fried foods, no twinkies, stay away from hydrogenated oils and partially hydrogenated oils!. There are many cook-books that can help you with daily healthy foods!. Once you eat healthy for a few weeks, its much easier after that because many people become addicted to the fats and oils and such that come from unhealthy foods!.

Exercise - I try to exercise every day!. I understand some days your just tired and stressed and it's hard to get to the gym, but try and keep those days at a minimum!. There are many gym's like Snap Fitness or Anytime fitness that your health insurance will cover most of the cost as long as you go a certain amount of times per month!.

Swimming is the best exercise to do without doing hard to your body at all!. Running and biking can be very bad on the knees/hips!.

Make sure to always stretch after excising!. whether your running/swimming/biking/weight lifting, ALWAYS Stretch!. Many people do not stretch and 80 % of what they just exercised will be lost!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Be sure to have a yearly physical exam!. Trace your history to be sure of any known family illnesses or disease!. If there are any known, be sure to have a checkup!. Also, get health insurance so that money doesn't get in the way of your health!. Exercise 3-4 times a week 20 mins at a time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ok so you 34, when you hit 40 you can wear Rune Armour, I suggest a good shield and some armour, try fishing and cooking them on the fire, lobsters work best for me, or try attacking guards in Varrock to get up your hitpoints!Www@Answer-Health@Com
