Fixing sleep problems?!
Question: Fixing sleep problems!?
I've had trouble getting to sleep ever since I can remember!. Sometimes it takes hours for me to fall asleep!. I've been to the doctor, and they just told me I have insomnia and that it will most likely go away over time, but it hasn't!. Sleeping pills always make me feel groggy in the morning and I don't like using them!. Any Suggestions on how to get to sleep!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont use ur bedroom for any other purpose,let it be the place oly 4 sleepin! avoid bathin before bed! reduce the caffeine intake! try to take a glass of warm milk 1/2 hr b4 bed!Www@Answer-Health@Com
