Question: Would this work or not !?
Ok, I WANT to loose weight I need to loose weight actually!. So what i was wondering if i would loose weight by drinking tea in the morning once and at night and drink water all day ad not eat anything except saltine crackers if I'm starving because I have a hard time puking!. I know it's not healthy I don't care I just want to know if I'd loose weight and if not do you have any suggestions!?!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Starving yourself is never a good option because it really slows down your metabolism, and this could end up being a permanent state if you do it long enough, then you will always have a weight issue!. And doing so by only eating saltines is also bad because you are getting next to no vitamins and minerals and then your body cannot metabolize anything properly, including liberating fat from your stores!. And finally, a lot of false fat otherwise known as inflammation can occur because you could have a wheat gluten sensitivity or out right intolerance!. What I would recommend, and I know it works from my personal experience, is yes, drink tea, but make it green, and start getting healthy by eliminating potential allergens from your diet (sugar, gluten, eggs, nuts and dairy) and adding tonnes of green leafy and other colorful veggies to your diet, and some fruit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only true effective way to lose weight is to exercise,preferably aerobic like running or circuit training!.Dieting will cause you to lose weight temporarily but invariably that weight will yo yo back on!.dieting like that can be quite dangerous to your health!.good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you would lose weight but i think your going about it the wrong way you will end up sick with an eating disorder!. If you really want to lose weight just cut down what you eat, eat more healthy and get lots of exersise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
