If it's only a sore throat then gargle in warm salty water!. You don't have to see a doctor for a simple soar throat!. As with anything else make sure you stay hydrated and take it easy for a few days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Dissolve 1/2 a teaspoon of salt in a cup of warm water and gargle!.
