i have a headache!. i've been having this for exactly 24 hours!. what do i do!?!?!?!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This could be a migraine!. Have you taken any medication such as Advil or Tylenol!? Take a dose of one, sip some water and lay down for a while!. If you have to, turn out the lights and get rid of as much background noise as you can and try to go to sleep!.
Whether or not you feel better in the morning, you should tell your parents and have them make an appointment with your doctor!. He or she can prescribe medicines to specifically treat migraines, and / or find the cause of your headache!.

It's most likely a migraine, as they can last that long and do make a person nauseated!. If you can, lie in bed in a dark room with no noise until you feel better!. If you feel sick, don't take any pain relievers (especially ibuprofen) but if you are OK, then take Excedrin!.
