my sister has this green liquidy stuff coming out of her belly button, well its inside the hole(belly button) and sometimes it crusts up, and it smells really bad, what is this and why does it happen!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

See a doctor and be sure to take some of the green discharge, even if it's crusted up in a kleenex!. They may want to sent it to the lab, unless it's more common than I know!.
