Question: Waking up in a cold sweat what could it be!?
i feel healthy and fine but every night i wake up sweating but cold i don't understand!.
i came off the pill october 2008, could that cause the sweats!?

Hiya,
I would say from what you have said it could be a number of things coming off the pill and your hormones regulating been one, but it could be other things aside from that, but it does sound like due to coming off the pill, my advice to you would be just to be on the safe side have a chat with your doctor he will be able to run some tests and work out what is causing this for you and treat it if it needs treating so you dont get this no more!. But i don't want you to worry it does sound like its due to the pill but just so your safe im advising you to go to the doctor!.

That used to happen to me its because you become hot when you are asleep or you have a nightmare that you probably don't remember!. Have a thinner duvet and keep your room cooler!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
