What is the difference between a prebiotic and a probiotic pill?!

Question: What is the difference between a prebiotic and a probiotic pill!?
Answers:
PRObiotics are live "good" bacteria to replenish or re-establish healthy gut flora!.

PREbiotics are food for that bacteria!. Most often you'll see FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides) as a prebiotic!.

As a rule of thumb, taking a probiotic with added prebiotics is fine (if not really necessary!.) The exception to this rule would be if there's any kind of candida issue (or a potential for candida overgrowth) because the FOS will feed the candida too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
