Question: Will the hole close eventually!?
I pierced my own cartilage!. And I don't think it went straight through, because the earring wouldn't go in anyway I pointed to stud!. Will the hole eventually close up!? It has nothing in it right now!. I want to retry!. I cleaned it three times!. Will it get infected!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It will close up!. I've pierced my own ears a couple of times before and there were times where I couldn't get the earring through because they start to close up pretty fast!. They all healed and I didn't get an infection or any marks!. Just make sure you keep cleaning the area!. You have to be pretty fast to get the earring through!. Sometimes I would get the earring part way through and it would start to close up again so I would have to reopen it again as I was pushing the earring through!. Next time you try, I would try to pierce it in a slightly different spot because when you try to pierce the same spot over again it can get really sore and lead to a lot of scar tissue in that area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It'll close but there may be a small puncture mark from where it was pierced!. Keep cleaning it though, just to avoid any chance of infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
