it doesn't matter what the cause is the signs are generally the same!. The first sign noticable is usually a headache and obviously you would be thirsty!. The headache can be quite severe!. You could feel hungry, have blurred vision!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
your urine should be the color of straw!. Anything darker means ur dehydrated!. Also, sticky saliva or bad breath means ur dehydrated!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you pinch your skin in a loose place and it doesn't go back to normal immediately you are dehydrated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
