There was a point in my life about 2 years ago, that I was having them all of the time, I couldnt go anywhere, I couldnt be by myself, nor be around a huge crowd of people like going to the movies, or to a fancy restaurant, it was pretty bad, and i think it was from all the stress I was around, like the problems I was having with my husband, and my doctor said it sounded like I was depressed, and soon after all that ended I quit having them, I used to think about them and get one, but I found if you start thinking about having one, then quickly set your mind to something different, and soon you will find that you will be back to normal soon!.
