Question: Why am i sleepy all the time!?
no matter how much or how little i sleep i always get tired really quickly!. what should i do!. What's my problemWww@Answer-Health@Com

>you don't have a healthy diet!. people who eat more loses energy quickly, coz these energy are being used to digestion rather than activities!. If you dont eat too much, then you'll lose energy coz you don't have something to get energy from!. You must have a healthy lifestye and a balanced diet!.

you need LOADS of sleep too, so that could be it!.
Other factors are stress, what time do you go to sleep, what time do you wake up!. Your body needs a routine, a certain time to go to bed and a certain time to wake up or else it will work overtime and that is probably why you are always tired!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Lose weight, be productive, go outside, exercise, gain energy!. Being a bum makes you tired!. If you are healthy and already do all this, yet still tired, then seek professional help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
