Question: Whats wrong with me!? Shaking, nauseous, cold!.!.!. !?
Its come steadily in the day!. Right now I'm shaking badly, I had a headache, I'm freezing, I feel like I need to throw up, I've just refused dinner, I feel faint!.!.!. What on earth is wrong with me!?! I have eaten today, and quite healthily too (Ham roll, yogurt, apple, brunch bar, crisps and grapes!.)
What could be wrong!? I feel quite worried, this has never happened before!.

It does sound a bit like hypoglycemia!.!.!.I have that and have episodes similar!. I feel lightheaded, dizzy, cold, but sweaty!.!.!.the best thing to do is eat, and you'll feel better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hypoglcemia (low blood sugar) seems like youve had alot of carbs today w/ only a bit of protein!. some crakers and cheeze or peanut butter should help!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Not sure what's wrong Soph, but it sounds like you could be getting flu, l think you need to get to the Doctors and have a check up!.
Day off school tomorrow l think, get tucked up in bed with a good DVD and a bottle of diet coke and have an early night!.
