You can use them for three to four hours apparently
though the best way to tell if you should change them is to give the tampon a little tug if it feels like its gonna come out change it if it stays still leave it in!.

also if your tampon doesn't feel like it wants to come out after three to four hours change down to a lighter flow one!.
