That is a measurement of your visual acuity!. The first number is usually always 20!. That means that the chart is 20 feet away from you!.
You said you are seeing 20/25 (which is almost perfect by the way)
This means that what a person with 20/20 (perfect) vision can see at 25 feet away!.!.!. you have to be 20 feet from the chart to see it!. Or for example: someone with 20/50 vision!.!.!. what a person with 20/20 (perfect) vision can see at 50 feet away!.!.!. they would need to stand 20 feet away to see it!.
So you have to be 5 feet closer to things to see it clearer like a person with perfect vision!. No big deal!.!. you have great vision!. No worriesWww@Answer-Health@Com

If a person with 20/20 vision is standing 25 feet away from the chart and you (20/25 vision) are standing 20 feet away from the chart, the two of you will see the same detail!.
