Question: How do i set up a drug test!?
i'm about to expelled because they think i smoked weed in the bathroom, because they have a video of me walking in and out of it during the time!! but i didn't smoke! i go to columbine high school in jefferson county, colorado!. its a really nice campus, and i dont wanna get booted out!. i have good grades and all!. how do i set up a drug test to prove that i didnt do itWww@Answer-Health@Com

More than likely, you can go to any of the local "doc-in-a-box" clinics and have them administer the test!. Of course, you will have to pay up front, even with insurance!.
The truth, my friend, might be hard to swallow!. Schools have gotten so carried away with "zero tolerance" policies that you may be suspended or expelled, put on probation, face mandatory drug treatment, etc - even if you are innocent!. If you are talking about the Columbine where the massacre took place, they may be even more harsh!. The burden of innocence is on you, unfortunately!.
Since you are under 18 and not legally an adult, you really have no rights, whatsoever!. Get a local clinic to perform a drug test, and have your parents fight hard for your right to remain in school and to pursue your education!. It's sad, but I wish you good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you can sue them for not drug testing you!. Threaten that, and if they STILL don't do anything, you need to call around to pharmacies!. Ask the pharmacist if they carry any type of drug test you could use!.
