i have a painful headache, i feel like i am going to puke but nothing comes out and i have diarrhea!. i feel so fatigued!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For now, it sounds like the flu!. Get lots of fluids and stay in bed!. There are of course other things it could be, so get to a doctor if the symptoms get a lot worse or don't begin to improve in a couple of days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
