normal!? yes!. it has a relaxing effect on many people, myself included!. a good idea!? NO! getting into the habit of drinking alcohol regularly to control your emotions is a ways down the slippery slope to being an alcoholic!. a beer after a hard day's work now and then!? totally fine!. downing multiple shots in your room by yourself at 11:30 pm on a tuesday!? very bad!. be moderate, be sensible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is not normal!. If you have a history of alcoholics in your family, please get help now before its too late!. You may not be able to handle just an occasional drink if your are genetically and emotionally prediposed to alcoholism!. Drinking makes you feel good at first, but it is proven to make you more depressed once you get passed buzzed!. Watch others!. It will only intensify your negative emotions!. Please don't look to a bottle for answers!. They are not in there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. You shouldn't do it, either!. Depending on anything like alcohol or even drugs to help you cope is dangerous!. Your best bet is to find something else to do to deal with those emotions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like alcohol is your coping mechanism!. Same as others may smoke or eat or read or take antidepressants!. Retrain yourself to cope in different ways if you want to change!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
