Question: A question about VERY dry mouth!?
What could cause my dry mouth!? My mouth and lips are extremely dry all the time!. I can hardly generate saliva in my mouth at all anymore! I gently exfoliate my lips a couple of times a day just for some relief, but seriously, no less than 10 minutes later my lips are exactly the way they were before exfoliation!.!.!.cracked, so dry they are stuck together, and I also develop a whitish ring around my mouth (only when my mouth/lips are at their driest) I do have iron deficiency anemia but I'm not really sure if that would cause such a problem!. You need to drink more water or even juices!. I have the same problem and my Dr told me to drink more and keep a drink next to your bed at night if you wake up with a dry mouth and carry hard candy around with you too!. I have a candy jar in my bedroom as well in case my throat is dry when I'm reading my book!. :o) Buy yourself a moisturizing lip balm too!. Hope this helps!? :o)Www@Answer-Health@Com
