Good for you! Your heart rate is an indication of how strong the muscle is!. With a lower heart rate, it means your heart can pump more blood than if your heart rate was higher!. It can pump say as much blood in two pumps as it might have in 3 if your rate was higher!. If you continue with this much longer, look for it to stay around 55-60!. That's a good thing!. Means your heart is very strong, happy and healthy!. You are totally not normal, because most of the world does not have a healthy heart, but in your case that's good!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Completely normal !! When are you checking your heart rate (HR ) !?!? If it a resting heart rate ( before you get out of bed or engage in ANY physical activity) then, it is normal!.
People that are physically fit tend to have resting heart rates at 60 or, below 60 beats per minute ( BPM )!.
Keep up the good work !!Www@Answer-Health@Com
