My friend just took 3 extra strength Tylenol,1 Advil, one pain killer and a gravol will she over dose or die!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's unlikely she'll overdose or die!. The drug of greatest concern here is tylenol!. The maximum recommended daily dose os 4,000 mg!. I believe that extra strength tylenol is 500 mg per caplet!. So, even if the other unnamed pain killer you mentioned is actually another form of Tylenol, she should be OK!.
However, if she did this as an attempt to kill herself, you need to get her to the emergency room!. Having suicidal ideations or thoughts can be a symptom of psychosis or depression!. Having a specific plan is generally enough to get someone admitted to a psychiatric ward for 72 hours without the patient's permission!. An actually suicide attempt is more than enough to get that person admitted!.
If it was a suicide attempt, do whatever it takes to get her to the emergency room!. Lie to her if you have to!. Trick her if you have to!. Make up a story about getting a phone call about one of your friends who got into a really bad accident and is at the emergency room!.
