Question: I'm going to stop smoking and I was just wondering how much!?
weight do people normally gain!? I'm 5'5, 120 lbs and would like to stay 120 or below (I lost 15 lbs recently)!. I'm going to stop cold turkey!. Does anyone have any idea how much the normal weight gain is from quitting!?

Its varying!. A way to help prevent weight gain would be to check out the smokeless cigarette!. Its really cool!. i'm using it to quit smoking!. It looks and feels like a cigarette and you inhale vapors that are only filled w/ nicotine!. This way you do not have the horrible side effects of cigarette smoke!.!.!. they come in menthol and regular flavor!. Every time you have a craving to smoke, drink a glass of water, this will make you feel full & stop you reaching to shove an edible alternative in yr mouth!. Get or keep yr exercise routine going!.

You'll be better off in the long run plus you'll have saved all the money fr cigarettes!. Put the money in a special bank account & see how much you've saved in a yr, then you can reward yourself with a holiday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it varies!.!.!. to ensure you dont put any wieght on and to ensure success in quitting, start taking up a sport or going to the gym, I hear doing any form of sports actually helps, and help train you brain into thinking that smoking isnt the only way to releave stressWww@Answer-Health@Com

if you couple quitting smoking with a good exercise routine, they will compliment each other and you will not gain weight!. Also you will have less nicotine cravings!.

When I did it, I became so focused with the exercise that I didn't even realize when I went a month without smoking!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
