Question: Please help from anybody who know about how long it takes medicines to leave the body :( !!?
I have been taking Zyban (2 x day) 150mg SR - I just stopped, I need to pass a drug test (conditions are that my system are clean) to get through to an acedemy!. Please, somebody tell me how many days it would take for me to get a clear!. I'm hoping it will all be gone by day 6 or 7, but I've heard some drugs take about two weeks to leave your body!. Please help, it is nagging my mind non-stop :(

My doctor isn't available by phone, I have an appointment with him in over a week!. An accurate answer here would help me a lot!. Thanks in advance!Www@Answer-Health@Com

A drug test can only detect the drug or drugs that the tester is specifically looking for!. Unless they are specifically looking for Zyban, they won't find it!. It is highly unlikely they are looking for an antidepressant/nicotinic antagonist!. Think of all of the thousands of legitimate prescription drugs out there and then ask yourself if they are going to go to the trouble to test for each one!. Even if they wanted to test for all those drugs, you would have to give *gallons* of urine for them to perform all of those tests!.

These are the drugs they are most likely to test for: Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Barbiturates, Opiates, PCP, LSD, Steroids, XTCWww@Answer-Health@Com

Half life tells you how long it takes for half of the medication to leave your system!. The half life of Zyban 150 mg SR is 21 hours!. That means that the medication should be gone from your system in about 2 days!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It takes Zyban about 21 hours to become inert and leave the body in a waste form!. You should be fine!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
