There are plenty of sources of calcium but not all are absorbed by the human body!. It is best to get calcium mixed with magnesium which helps absorption!. I suggest you eat a lot of green leafy veggies!.!.!.they are the best source, NOT MILK!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes but it also depends on your genetics, age, height, weight, activity level and bone density!
It is advised that you have a certain amount from birth to mid twenties, after that you're bones have really stopped growing, but you still need to have calcium!.
