I'm having trouble sleeping but I want to avoid taking sleeping pills, sugge!

Question: I'm having trouble sleeping but I want to avoid taking sleeping pills, suggestions!?
Hi there,
I am on 3 different vitamins, birth control for a hormonal imbalance, a tiny dose of ritalin and a tiny dose of anti-anxiety!. It's a lot of pills for me and I don't want to take any more!. Do any of you have a suggestion for how to get to sleep and stay asleep without pills!?

Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
1!.Wash and dry your sheets!. Clean sheets that are free of bacterium that will cause allergies and skin discomfort will disrupt your ability to sleep!. Do this a couple of hours before you go to bed or whenever convenient for you during the day!.

2!.Turn or flip your bed!. Lumpy beds that are uncomfortable to lay in will hurt your back and decrease your ability to go to sleep!. You should do this a couple of hours before you go to bed!.

3!.Take a warm bubble bath!. This process will relax your body!. Do it thirty minutes before you go to bed!.

4!.Drink a glass of warm milk or decaffeinated tea!. It will further relax you!. Do it fifteen to twenty minutes before you go to bed!.

5!.Go to bed and focus on a pleasant point in your life!. It'll help you calm down enough to fall into sleep quickly

6!.Stay away from both caffeine and sugar to avoid getting too restless before bed!. Caffeine is probably the more important one to stay away from out of the two for a good night's sleep but avoid sugar as well!.

7!.Exercise improves so much of your body
