Question: MRI question!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
I have to get an MRI on my knee, am I going to be able to wear jeans during it, or will they make me take them offWww@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You will have to take ALL your clothes off, also if you have any metal implant or tatoo you should tell the doctor!. An MRI machine is essentially a big magnet!. It will suck all the metal from the room to itself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you get an MRI of the knee the technologist will "wrap" a coil around your knee!. So wearing loose comfortable clothing (like shorts or jogging pants) will be better than jeans!. If your pants do get in the way they may ask you to change into a gown!. You shouldn't have to change all of your clothes for this MRI!. Be sure to remove all metal before you go into the scan room!.

I think you have to be in a gown for this, although I have never had one myself!. Someone will come along that knows more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
