How to prevent Motion sickness while flying?!

Question: How to prevent Motion sickness while flying!?
I've got a long 18 hour flight to Jakarta coming up next month!. Unfortunately me and planes just don't mix, no matter which class I'm sitting in!. Since I don't want to spend half my time clutching that little doggy bag the airlines give you for dear life, any tips on what I should look into!? Dramamine doesn't seem to cut it for me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's called a "Panic Button"
Get a pack of those little round bandages and place one behind where the jaw bone meets the skull, there is a nerve there that Controls balance!.
It takes some fine tuning to get it right, but once you find the spot, you'll enjoy the rest of the flight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should ask you your docter to prescribe you a medicine against motion sickness!. A cousin of mine has it too, and she got medicine for it!. She told me the following once:
- She does not eat three hours before she leaves by plane/boat/car
- Listen to music, and breath in slowly and breath out slowly
- Dont eat plane food, bring some yourself (if it's aloud from the air crew)
- Use a medicine suggested above, and follow the guidelines accurately!.
- Eat something that digests fast!.
- If you do feel like vomiting despite all this, sit close to the bathroom, and sit close to the walk way or what they call it!. dont sit in the middle or close to the window, or else it will take more difficulties to reach to the bathroom!.

I hope you have a nice trip though :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
