Question: I Threw Up Alot, What Should I Eat To Help Relax My Body!?
Im 15, and i haven't thrown up since i was 7, i was feeling nauseous since i got back from school and when i was watching a movie at home i felt it coming real bad so i went up to the bathroom and threw up a lot!. I felt like i lost A lot of weight and energy but i felt better that i got it out!. Anyway i was wondering of what i could eat to build up the food back, any healthy food that will help sooth my stomach and digestion!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well first off feel better, but what helps is alot of cracker or toast bread!. (the crispyness helps for some reason)!. Also alot soups but not creamy or cheesy ones!.!.!. and of course alot of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Milk!. Milk coats your stomach - OR - Try Pepto Bismol!. That should take care of it!. Don't eat a lot of food from!.!. lets say from nature!. It has a lot of acid and that upsets your stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Toast with a bit of butter!.
Sure helps me out!.
And drink a sour cordial drink like a sour orange or lemon drink
