If it's like sharp, shooting pains which stops you breathing for a while, then it's nothing - it's just growing pains!. I had this and my doctor told me it was nothing to worry about!.

see your doctor to rule out a medical cause!. also try: yoga, swimming, chiropractic, & massage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You might have pulled a muscle or strained it!.
