Question: Why are my hands so cold all the time!?
Everybody tells me my hands are cold!. I thought maybe it was just them, but i held them up to my own face and they felt cold to me!. is there a reason for this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Presumably, if your hands are very thin and bony they would feel the cold more!.
Besides thin and bony hands perhaps there is a circulation problem or even a thyroid problem such as hypothyroidism (under active thyroid)!. Perhaps blood thinners to improve circulation might help or iodine if there is a thyroid problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, actually it is very common in my family!. It is caused by poor circulation in the body!. What i would recommend is that you take some enzymes!. The best enzymes to take is trienza from houston enzymes!. They give you dosing instructions when you buy it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well it's a fact that women have worse circulation in their feet and hands then men!. Which is why they often feel cold and sometimes swell when pregnant!. Mine are also cold a lot of the time!. It's normal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Are u wearing glove's!? glove's that keep your hand's warm!? if you aren't then u should start! And its winter anyway! Make sure that u moisturize your skin daily and wear nice warm glove's ( wear hot paw's they are so warm!)Www@Answer-Health@Com
