I am dead tired for no reason, why?!


Question: I am dead tired for no reason, why!?
I slept quite nicely through out the night (at least im sure i did, i dont remember waking up too much)!. And I woke at a decent time (9am)!. Yet, through out this entire day ive been so sleepy!. My eyes have been hurting, and I even had coffee this morning!. I havent been active though, could that have something to do with it!? I feel so tired right now and I just HATE it! Im not ready for sleep!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you havent been sleeping well in previous days before, this is the result of that loss of sleep!. Another thing it could be is that you have not had sufficient sleep to the amount of work or activity you have done before today!. You may just be overworked and your body is telling you take a break!

Have learned that a lower level of 'iron' in one's system can hurt the blood's ability to carry oxygen to the cells of the body!. Taking a multi-vitamim that has iron added can do NO harm and it might, very well, help!. Lower oxygen to cells = tiredness!.

Also, regular exercise helps!. When I hike and canoe !. !. !. I rest well!. When I veg a few days !. !. !. I do not rest well!. The more you exercise, the more you can/want to do so - and it helps you sleep, lose weight and stay healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

a sinus allergy will cause the eyes to feel dry or hurt!. tired part just go with it and sleep if you can!. make sure you eat right when your awake: (colorful vegetables): baby carrots, broccoli, greens, spinach, bell peppers, (protein): white fish, lean beef,!.!. (grains): brown rice, barley, oat meal,!.!. (avoid): sugar, dairy, poultry, white bleached rice, white bleached flour, !.!. (soup) asian type made with soy beans!. drink some bottles water before bed!. you should snap out of the tiredness in a day or two!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

haha dont worrie about it, we all get it somtimes well atleast i know i do !. youve probly ben watching to much tv, or your just naturaly tired try taking a nice 10-15 minuite jog or become active for a bit, maby try eating some sugers or more caffine lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

Do you snore!? If so, I'd get tested for sleep apnea!. Even if you don't, talk to your doctor about it!. Its common and easily treated!. I have it and treatment has really helped me a LOTWww@Answer-Health@Com
