It is very hard to get all the nutrients you need from a normal healthy diet so a multivitamin every day would help!.

Vitamins are always good (as long as its a regular multivitamin)!. Supplements may not be worth it since there is no proof of the benefits so dont waste the $!. If you are watching your calorie intake and fat intake you should have a vitamin to make sure you dont have any deficiencies!. Make sure you eat at least 20g of fat per day or your body wont be able to absorb the vitamins anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
