I generally feel a lot less stuffy after inhaling some warm steam!. The best way would be to take a long hot shower, but making a hot cup of tea and just breathing over it also helps!. Feel better!Www@Answer-Health@Com
What i do is get a glass of warm salt water and a wash cloth dip the wash cloth in the warm salt water!. Squeeze out a little and hold to your nose and breath in!.This always helps me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
