Why do i feel sick and tired all the time?!

Question: Why do i feel sick and tired all the time!?
I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia 4yrs ago and even after changing my diet i have never felt any better!. I have headaches, lethargy, depression, anxiety (which i take lexapro and klonopin for) almost every day!. I have no insurance and i cant afford to go to a specialist!. I have no idea whats wrong with me or why i feel this way everyday and i dont know what to do!. Does anyone have any advice or information that might help!? Could the headaches and lethargy be from sinus problems or allergies!? Or the meds im taking!? HELP!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
people today are overmedicated!. I gave blood a few years ago and started to faint and the cna's said I must have hypoglycemia and they told me that when i feel low I should take orange juice, pepsi or soda or a cookie or candy bar for energy!. Why they put you on medication is unbeknownst to me!. But sure, you could have a reaction to the medication you are taking!. If you have low blood sugar then sure you would feel a little tired, but if you get out in the sun, get exercise, eat well, take a multi-vitamin then that should take care of the lethargy, depression and anxiety!. Headaches may come from too much medication or too strong a dosage or because you are losing weight from not enough or not the right kind of good food!. If you choose to go off those medications then let your doctor know that and he will reduce the dosage before you go off of them, that's the way to do it!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Both of the medictions could cause these type of side-effects, particularly if they have been taken long-term!. But if the degree of 'unpleasantness' has been unchanged from the point when you first began the medication, then that might indicate there have been no more additional effects!.!.!.!?

Are you experiencing any 'zaps' or electric shock-like feelings!? Dizziness!? Nausea!? If you are, that may indicate the Lexapro is pooping out!.!.!. the body has become used to it!. It can happen after an indeterminate period of use!.

If you google 'Ashton Manual' - that has a chapter (whole thing available online) on the benzo (klonopin) effects!.

rxlist!.com has the lexapro sheet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
