How do you prevent blisters from occuring on feet when using exercising?!
Question: How do you prevent blisters from occuring on feet when using exercising!?
I used tissue paper and tape (yes weird I know!) and I still have blisters! The tape kind of helped but I have to keep putting more on!. We do not have band aids, that kind of helps, but it slips from all the sweat! Any suggestions!? Are there any creams I can use!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Proper socks and trainers!. If you're getting blisters you're not wearing proper shoes!. You can't just wear any old pair, especially if it's running you're doing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
